    Leandro Sastre Salim

Geologist graduated from the National University of Salta, with a degree in Mineral Economics from the University of Chile and a graduate of the Management Development Program in Miami, with more than 23 years of experience in the international mining industry. He has led exploration teams throughout Latin America — including Argentina, Chile, Peru, the Dominican Republic, and Guyana — and has worked on projects across all stages of development and within a wide range of company sizes.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Exploration for Latin America and Asia-Pacific at Barrick Gold Corporation, where he was responsible for exploration efforts across three world-class mining operations and multiple early-stage projects.

Previously, he held positions such as Manager of Mineral Resources, Mine and Technical Services, and Geology at Austral Gold Limited, among other key roles.

Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG No. 8448), Qualified Person under NI 43-101, and Competent Person (JORC).

    Sebastián Juarez

Geologist graduated from the National University of San Juan, with a postgraduate degree in Geostatistical Evaluation of Ore Deposits from the University of Chile, and over 18 years of experience in the mining industry across exploration, development, and mineral resource estimation stages. He has specialized in the generation and updating of geological-structural models, mineralization controls, and reportable resource models.

Throughout his professional career, he has led Brownfield and development programs at the Veladero Mine and surrounding projects, being responsible for geological conceptualization, resource estimations, and reconciliations.

He has extensive exploration experience in various roles, from junior geologist in regional prospecting campaigns to district geologist for Barrick Gold Corporation, where he coordinated exploration activities across multiple projects in Argentina.

He is proficient in specialized software such as Vulcan, Leapfrog Geo, ArcGIS, ArcMap, acQuire, ioGAS, and Access, applying them to geological interpretation, 3D modeling, and geological database management.

    Pablo Elgueta

Mr. Elgueta has held leadership roles, establishing strategies for innovation and technological development, managing operational budgets, leading service teams for mining companies, and teams within mining companies. He has gained extensive experience in service companies for large and medium-scale mining, designing the baseline for cross-functional technology and operations services.

His experience in different mining stages has allowed him to understand the entire chain of mining and exploration production processes, focusing on adding value to the business through process integration, customer service orientation, team formation and leadership, and planning, directing, and managing projects in Information Technology and Integration.

Recently, Pablo served as the Senior GeoInformatics Manager for LATAM, leading a team of 10 people at Barrick – Exploration, reporting directly to the LATAM VP. Prior to that, he held the position of Superintendent of Integration – Continuous Improvement at Newmont Cerro Negro.

Pablo holds a degree in Civil Mining Engineering from the University of Santiago de Chile. He completed a Data Science Diploma at the Catholic University of Chile and a Business Intelligence Diploma at the University of Chile.

    Jorge López

Geologist graduated from the National University of Buenos Aires, with 5 years of experience in mining, ranging from scientific research to development roles within the mining industry.

He has worked on lithium brine projects such as Salar Río Grande Sur (Pursuit Minerals) and Arizaro North (De Gauchos Energy); sediment-hosted copper projects such as Martín Bronce (MOM Mining); and epithermal deposits such as Lindero (Mansfield Minera S.A.). He has also participated in satellite studies in the Atacama region (EG-SCIENCES, Chile) and environmental studies (BfU, Argentina).

In addition, he has provided technical consulting in photogrammetry, GIS, and multispectral remote sensing, integrating lithological and geotechnical logging, structural mapping, 2D/3D modeling, water balance analysis, and satellite interpretation for geological projects.

Finally, he has served as a researcher at the National Mining Secretariat of Argentina, where he worked on methodologies for the remediation of environmental liabilities, with a case study focused on the Pan de Azúcar (Jujuy) mining liability.
